I am in a training that combines graphic design and product design.  It is a public policy design that puts the user at the heart of the designer's actions.  This training gives us the opportunity to work with local authorities, associations and various trades.  

I am convinced of the importance of listening to users in order to better respond to their requests. This is how the designer can provide viable and appropriate responses.
